Refund policy

RETURNS//

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

  • Please email us at annawear@annawearnc.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If using USPS, mail your returned item to:

  • If using UPS or Fedex, mail your returned item to:

      Highlands, NC 28741
  • Include a note in your package with your contact information and reason for exchanging/returning.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS//

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES//

Please contact us at annawear@annawearnc.com if you are planning to exchange your item. Inventory moves quickly, so we want to make sure we do everything we can so that you get the item you need! 


REFUNDS//

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
