Shipping policy

PROCESSING//

We do our absolute best to process and ship our orders within 1-2 business days. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and understanding if this gets backed up by a day or two during busy holidays and sales! If you need expedited shipping/processing, please send us an email at annawear@annawearnc.com and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request. 

CARRIERS//

We ship with USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on the weight of the package, and the destination.

ORDER TRACKING//

We will update your order with the tracking information if a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES//

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your products and your location.

We always offer an in store pick up option, for no additional charge, at our brick and mortar location:
